Off-site preparation is the key to a fast build with minimal time, mess or disruption; high quality electronic CAD via email, on CD or hard-copy paper drawings of the steel structure are supplied well in advance.

As in any fast-moving environment the mezzanine is often adjusted to make it all to a standard design; not only does this keep down cost, it makes it very quick to build. Columns can be positioned to get them out of the way against the outer walls, whilst keeping the pressure on the slab as low as possible; this means the risk of the Building Control Submission failing Local Authority approval is minimised.

We include for hire of forklift and offload; often these can be made available to others for the duration of our stay on site. Prices given also include for supply of building control structural calculations, site survey, hire of scaffolding.
