Close working understanding of our client’s approved inspectors needs helps refine our package given to them, smoothing their project applications for building regulation approval. You get speedily processed approval, allowing your installation to proceed quickly.

Reliability is the biggest concern when talking to all clients; retailer and contractor alike can face costs and extra work when the contractor’s mezzanine installation team fails to schedule itself accurately.

Factory-Fit (UK) operate one of the most experienced site-crews in the UK and Ireland, the Project managers spending every effort to deliver your new mezzanine, handrail or stair exactly when promised, then install and complete it on time

Off-site preparation is the key to a fast build with minimal time, mess or disruption; high quality electronic CAD via email, on CD or hard-copy paper drawings of the steel structure are supplied well in advance.

As in any fast-moving environment the mezzanine can also be adjusted to make it all to a standard approved design; not only does this keep down cost, it makes it very quick to build. Columns can be positioned to get them out of the way against the outer walls, whilst keeping the pressure on the slab as low as possible; this means the risk of the Building Control Submission failing Local Authority approval is minimised.

We include for hire of forklift and offload; often these can be made available to others for the duration of our stay on site. You will be pleased to find prices given also include for supply of building control structural calculations, site survey, hire of scaffolding. We have a long history of co-operation with main contractors to save time and unnecessary waste on site, and can supply many ‘blue chip’ references.
